How do we book your service ?

Booking is simple — choose your package, confirm your date with us, and secure it with a
deposit.

How much deposit is required to confirm our date?

We usually require 20% deposit to lock in your date. The remaining balance is required one
week prior to your wedding day.

How long will it take to receive our photos/videos?

Standard delivery is 4-8 weeks after your event. Faster options like Same Day Edit or Next
Week Edit are available as add-ons.

Do you provide raw files?

Edited photos/videos are included in all packages. Raw files can be provided upon request
(terms & additional fees may apply).

Do you travel outside Labuan?

Yes, we do! Travel & accommodation costs will be discussed if your event is outside Labuan.

Can we customize the package?

Absolutely — we’re flexible. If you need something not listed, we can create a custom
package for you.

What happens if our event is postponed?

We allow rescheduling (subject to availability). Deposits are non-refundable but transferable
to a new date.

Do you cover non-Malay weddings (church, Indian, Chinese, etc.)?

Yes, we celebrate all love stories and cover weddings of all traditions.

Do you provide livestream or photobooth?

Yes, livestream and instant QR photobooth are available as add-ons.

Do you offer wedding planning services?

Yes, we also provide wedding planning, coordination, and event flow management to make
your big day stress-free.
